Tools for the Future
- 8 week plan
Includes initial dietary assessment to discuss short and long term goals followed by seven review sessions to discuss your progress. Will include specific macronutrient and energy calculations. Also includes 3 day adaptive meal plan on week 1 and refreshed meal plan on week 4 of plan.
One off Consultation
A more in-depth one-off consultation to discuss what specific and achievable plan we can create to help reach both your short and long term goals.
Change Your Food Mindset
- 4 week plan
Includes initial dietary assessment to discuss setting short and long term goals followed by three review sessions to discuss your progress. Will include specific macronutrient and energy calculations and meal ideas.
Sport Specific Consultations
A dietetic consultation tailored to sport specific nutrition advice. This can be arranged as a on-off consultation to help tweak a few things or a package with follow-up sessions.
